I’m Paula Willis, a career and transition strategist based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

Like most women climbing the corporate ladder, I believed I had to be better, stronger, smarter, and more assertive than everyone around me. I learned to silence my intuition, push past exhaustion, and define my worth through results. That worked—until it didn’t. Years of striving led to divorce, single-parenting, burnout, and then…breast cancer.

It was the ultimate wake-up call. In the quiet that followed my diagnosis, I realised something profound: it's about who we are in the doing, not the doing itself that really matters.
